About the Business
His father, Mr. N.K. Firodia founded Bajaj Tempo for the first time in 1958. due to the fact that this company had ties to Daimler-Benz of Germany, which later sold its stakes to the Firodia group in 2001. To produce Hanseat three-wheelers in India, it worked with German company Vidal & Sohn Tempo Werke. Force and Bajaj both have cross-holdings in each other’s businesses. Both businesses were business partners prior to 1968. About 25% of Force Motors is owned by Bajaj, and 10% of the Bajaj Company is owned by Force. Force Motors’ entire stake in Bajaj Tempo has been sold. It began with a personal vehicle segment but initially focused on operating commercial vehicles.
In 1987, Abhay Firodia took control of the business.
