Mukesh Ambani, the chairman and managing director of Reliance Industries Limited, visited the famous Somnath Mahadev temple in Gujarat on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivaratri. Accompanying him was his son, Akash Ambani, who is also actively involved in the family business.

During their visit, the Ambanis made a generous donation of Rs 1.51 crore towards the development and maintenance of the temple. This act of philanthropy is not new to the Ambani family, who have been known to donate large sums of money to various charitable causes in the past.
Mukesh Ambani’s visit to the Somnath Mahadev temple is a significant event in the state of Gujarat, where Reliance Industries has a considerable presence. It is also a reflection of the importance that the Ambani family places on religion and spirituality in their lives; their donations towards their upkeep are a testimony to their devotion and commitment to their faith and the betterment of society.
